Ilia Saltlake West on Aret have previously been claimed by several nations:

The territory has also been a nation claim for a nation named Aret and led by Miska2011, until August 29th 2024.

== Politics ==
The settlement is actually ruled by [[Modoror]] which has absolute power. But once she has members and motivation, she will instaurate Halastopolitan Constitutionalism.

== Economy ==
For a short time, the settlement owned a “Camel” 2K [[Zekeship]], which helped its only active member to mine for resources. This ship was soon sunk after being obtained.

'''modoror''' is a player on [[Horizon's End]]. He is the leader of the [[settlement]] [[Halastopolis]] and the leader of the [[nation]] [[Halastian Imperium]]. He joined Horizon's End on January 26th 2025.

== History ==
Modoror started out on Horizon’s End as a recruit for the [[Separatist Alliance]]. He was a friend of [[TheGamingBananaV]] and other members of the Separatist intelligencia. He mostly collected small amount of resources and discovered the game during his Separatist period. (He build a [[Gas Furnace]] for them at Raxus.) After some time, spent by meeting other players from the server’s community, he started struggling with the separatist leaders. The Separatist Alliance was saw as a pirate nation and being part of it wasn’t good for reputation. Modoror also wanted to flood a Saltlake on Aret like [[Imperial Nova]] did. But the Separatist leaders showed no enthusiasm in the project. Modoror slowly build separatist feelings against their overlord Separatist Alliance. He thinked about an imperial style faction with some Byzantine inspiration. He drew the first lines of the [[Halastian Imperium]]. When henricoberti was banned due to racism and toxicity, Modoror decided to declare independence from the Separatists.
