It was also created to house new recruits in a plan devised by [[FellOffBridge]] and [[z4nityy]] that fell through when the former was banned.

= Politics =
Vask Authority is a highly aggressive nation, allying itself only with [[Vega]]'s bloc. The Vask Authority would pick fights with anyone, regardless of size or strength, using its highly competent military pilots and large fleet to attack any other nation outside its allies, rarely, if ever, offering terms of surrender. The Vask Authority would exchange resources, ship design theory and blueprints with [[Vega]] for the betterment of the two nations, which allowed the Vask Authority to create supercapitals and go toe to toe with galaxy-wide alliances.

The Vask Authority would also call upon [[Vega]] for military aid if it was desperately needed, but due to the Vask Authority being able to hold its own most of the time and the stigma around [[Vega]] and its overwhelming strength, this only happened once during the [[Battle of Asteri]], resulting in a landslide victory.
